The Qarnak is back

About time if you ask me. Apologies for losing a bit of myself along the way. I let myself lose focus, get distracted, and allowed things to get under my skin. Shame on me. I've been pissing and moaning because I was lost. I'm not lost anymore. Thank you to some old school dragon court friends for reminding me of who I am. I'm grateful

1. I have ZERO desire to be unbanned from global chat

2. I would like to chat in guild and on the community forum

3. I will assist anyone who's been banned, falsely, as an alt, to find a solution, to the best of my ability

4. I will maintain this forum. I will post screenshots of bad behavior. I will allow npr to post block lists

5. I will assist npr in their efforts

6. I will discuss the game with the devs and assist them in fixing issues, should they choose

7. I will not initiate any actions, but, will aggressively address actions taken against me

8. Any attack directed at my wife will be dealt with swiftly and severely. It's a line that I suggest people not cross

9. I'm going to enjoy life again

10. I'm going to trust in karma(with some coding help) to solve all issues
