It's complicated. Kansas is involved because someone there had my cell number. It's a minor crime to give someone's number without permission, but, my number was shared via discord and given to players in other countries, who then passed it back to someone here and got the brilliant idea to prank call me
I run programs that track things, even online spoof apps, so we know who, where, and when. It's now just a matter of the feds deciding what to do. I know that under Trump there were some big changes, the most ominous one pertains to social security, medicare, and medicaid. You lose access to them if you commit a felony
