There are issues that you cannot fix. Glitches. It happens. Sometimes even backups get corrupted. This is the nature of building your game upon a platform that can be used by anyone, ie., learned, and manipulated
Personally, I've coded games that I've created from scratch, but, maybe you're more script kiddies than programmers
